Defining Academic Probation:

  • A student is placed on academic probation when their UCF cumulative GPA is below a 2.00.
  • A student will remain on academic probation until their UCF cumulative GPA reaches a 2.00 or higher.
  • If a student achieves a semester 2.00 GPA while on academic probation, but their UCF cumulative GPA does not reach a 2.00, the student will continue on academic probation.
